I came to coaching/mentoring by way of my own deep experiences in trying to grapple with: organizational leadership, adult development, educational leadership, religious shaping, chronic pain, PTSD and trauma.

Life is tough right now. Many of us are experiencing trauma via relational roadblocks, financial uncertainty, personal anxiety and/or heightened stress and depression. At the same time, many of us are also seeing things from a new perspective and reimagining what life could look like.

My goal in coaching is to listen to your story and ask questions. Where are things going well? Where are things stuck? What is working? What is not? How is your body responding? Curiosity and questions lead to one generative conversation after another. Over time, perspectives start to shift and your body begins to feel whole. In my experience, these small shifts in perspective offer individuals needed breath, life, transformation and freedom.

If you are stuck in the grind and the paradox of life is too much, take notice. Check in with that. You might be on to something.
